About The Position

Join our team as a Class A CDL Solo Truck Driver! We welcome recent graduates and offer a supportive environment for new drivers. This position provides an average weekly pay of $1500.00+, along with monthly performance bonuses and a tuition reimbursement program. Drivers will typically be out for 2 weeks and home for 2 days, with options for OTR and regional positions. After gaining 3 months of experience, drivers can transfer to local routes. Enjoy the benefits of no touch freight, weekly pay via direct deposit, and the ability to take your truck home.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• No experience necessary; will train.
• Must have a valid CDL.
• If no experience, must have 120 hours via truck driving school.
• Clean criminal background.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
• No speeding tickets over 15 mph.
• No year-long gaps of unemployment in the last 7 years unless in school; self-employment must be verifiable.
• Cannot have been terminated from the last trucking position.
• Must be able to pass a hair test.
• No DUI/DWI.

Responsibilities

• Drive a Class A CDL truck for long-haul and regional routes.
• Ensure timely delivery of freight while adhering to safety regulations.
• Maintain communication with dispatch and follow company policies.
• Complete necessary paperwork and logs as required.
