- You have 3-5 years of hands-on experience with lifecycle marketing and email marketing automation software; Marketo experience is required
- You have an in-depth knowledge of email best practices to increase deliverability, engagement, and conversion

About this position
Alma is seeking an autonomous, data-driven Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will work within a small team responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that activate, engage, and retain Alma members via post-sale email channel communications and programs. As a highly cross-functional contributor to the business, the Lifecycle Marketing Manager will collaborate with multiple departments to ensure we’re surfacing the right information at the right time to our membership base. Part of the Lifecycle and Product Marketing team at Alma, the ideal candidate demonstrates high growth potential to evolve into a cross-channel lifecycle leader as the business matures.
