About The Position
The Workforce Education Faculty of Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) Program Director provides leadership and effective instruction in the OTA program. The OTA Program Director's Responsibilities include classroom, clinical, and lab instruction, maintenance of classroom records, advisement of students, service on campus committees, leadership in the OTA program including student recruitment and program excellence communication with representatives in the field, and adherence to accreditation standards. The position reports to the Vice Chancellor of Academic Affairs and Workforce Advancement. The Program Director will be responsible for overseeing the daily operation, accreditation, and regulation requirements of the program. This position will also be responsible for the instruction and management of assigned classes and will maintain professionalism.
