About The Position
The Window Cleaning Crew Leader is responsible for leading a team to provide exceptional window cleaning services to customers. Each morning, the Crew Leader meets with the team to discuss the day's game plan and drives a Shine vehicle to various customer locations. The role involves direct interaction with customers, ensuring their expectations are met, and suggesting additional services as appropriate. After completing the work, the Crew Leader conducts a post-job inspection and processes customer payments using mobile technology. The day concludes back at the Shine office to recap the day's activities and prepare for the next day.
