Responsibilities

• Meet at the warehouse at 6:30 AM to gather materials and load company trucks.
• Drive to customers' homes and establish rapport with clients.
• Install replacement windows and exterior doors with attention to detail.
• Ensure proper cleanup after installations to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
