About The Position

The Warehouse Runner at Oak View Group is responsible for stocking and rotating inventory across various locations, including concession stands, portable carts, bars, and premium areas. This role is event-driven, requiring flexibility in work hours, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays. The position emphasizes attention to detail in inventory control, sanitation, and quality presentation.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with employees, co-workers, volunteers, and management.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of food-service or hospitality experience; similar venue experience is a plus.
• Food service certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Help set up and stock all locations including concession stands, portables, and premium culinary areas.
• Maintain attention to detail in inventory control, sanitation, presentation, and quality.
• Rotate inventory by practicing FIFO (First In, First Out).
• Ensure cleanliness of all concession stands by removing trash and recyclables.
• Rotate food products during stocking to ensure freshness for guests.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the warehouse, including sweeping, mopping, and organizing storage areas.
• Assist with moving equipment throughout the venue.
• Work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
