About the position

As the Senior Director, Product Management - Wholesale for our Moen Brand, you will guide our product management function focused on our wholesale customers. You will oversee the full product lifecycle—from concept to commercialization—ensuring alignment with business strategy and delivering solutions that meet wholesale partner needs. You'll collaborate across teams in Marketing, Sales, Innovation, RGM, Finance, and Operations to create differentiated, high-impact product strategies. You'll play a critical role in shaping the product roadmap, identifying market opportunities, and championing innovation that strengthens our position in the wholesale channel. Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage Moen's B2B product strategy to support business objectives, category growth, and wholesale partner success.
  • Guide, manage, and coach a high-performing team of product managers across all stages of the product lifecycle—concept development, launch, and portfolio optimization.
  • Define and manage the product roadmap aligned to the needs of wholesale partners and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Build deep relationships with wholesale partners (e.g., plumbing distributors, homebuilders, and trade professionals) to understand business strategies, installer needs, and market shifts.
  • Utilize consumer insights, analytics, and market intelligence to shape category leadership and differentiation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Innovation, Supply Chain, RGM, and Finance to ensure integrated go-to-market execution.
  • Support product line reviews and joint business planning with key customers.
  • Identify white space opportunities and innovation platforms to expand Moen's reach within wholesale channels.
  • Serve as a peer partner to the Consumer Product Management team, co-developing best practices through a Product Management Center of Excellence.
  • Champion a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability across your team and the broader business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in product management.
  • 5+ years in a leadership capacity in consumer or trade products.
  • Demonstrated success managing product portfolios within wholesale channels (e.g., trade, plumbing distribution, homebuilders).
  • Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights and product decisions.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing, mentoring, and growing high-performing teams.
  • Financial acumen experience with pricing, P&L, and revenue optimization.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and SAP.

Nice-to-haves

  • MBA or advanced degree.
  • Experience in building products or related consumer/trade goods industries.
  • Familiarity with omnichannel strategy and coordination between wholesale and retail product strategies.
