VP of Product

Climavision is seeking an experienced VP of Product to join their team and work closely with the Executive Leadership, Sales, and Technical teams. This role will involve defining, scoping, and executing product innovation, as well as conveying complex weather offerings during sales conversations and gathering customer feedback. The VP of Product will collaborate with various departments to identify and enhance products, prioritize product development, and establish best practices for product development. The ideal candidate should have a results-oriented attitude, strong communication skills, and experience in weather science, technology, sales, or product development.

• Develop, manage, and execute the product roadmap
• Communicate technical weather products with customers and internal team members
• Liaise with clients and product development teams to determine how to best meet customer's needs
• Understand and convey the complex scientific product offering at Climavision
• Work with the Science, Tech, and Sales teams to identify and enhance products/issues; understand timelines for product development and help prioritize product development
• Gather, prioritize, organize, and translate customer feedback and internal product strategy into detailed product requirements
• Build processes, programs, and procedures for best practices related to product development

• Proven ability to build workflows, programs, and processes from the ground-up
• Experience working across all levels of an organization, including with executive teams
• Experience with start-ups, scale-ups, or young companies
