About The Position

Winston is seeking passionate and energetic Visual Merchandisers to enhance in-store merchandising for apparel and accessories at Walmart locations. The role involves creating and executing visual merchandising strategies, updating and styling mannequins, and maintaining high visual standards in various departments. The Visual Merchandiser will work closely with Walmart Store Management to achieve project goals and elevate retail presentations.

Requirements

• Experience working with mannequins - assembling, updating, and styling.
• Proven experience developing and executing elevated visual merchandising concepts, using a planogram and/or based on available product.
• Friendly, energetic, personable demeanor, and passion for retail merchandising.
• Strong work ethic, reliable and committed.
• Flexible, adaptable, dependable and trustworthy.
• Ability to download and install an app on your smart phone, and upload reports via the app.
• Ability to lift to 25 pounds and stand on feet entire shift.
• Available Full-Time, 40 hours per week/weekdays.

Responsibilities

• Commitment and dedication to the project and elevating presentations at retail through visual merchandising.
• Communicate clearly with store personnel and provide clear communication in written reports.
• Partner with Store Management to create a positive working relationship and achieve project goals.
• Execute the installation, execution, and maintenance of Apparel departments, mannequins, and vignettes.
