The Video Production Coordinator I supports the video team within the Creative Services group of the Marketing Department. This role helps manage production schedules, track project progress, and coordinate resources across the team. Working closely with the Video Team, Digital Content Manager, Producers, and the broader Marketing Team, the Coordinator ensures clear communication and alignment among all team members and stakeholders. By maintaining organization and adhering to timelines, the Coordinator contributes to high-quality video production outcomes. Success in this role is defined by strong coordination, effective task management, consistent follow-through on multiple projects, and the ability to ensure smooth communication and organization throughout the production process.
