Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia Studies, Communications, Journalism or a related field.
  • Four years of job related experience.
  • Experience shooting and editing video for television, film or web.

  • Experience working with various video editing systems.

Responsibilities

  • Edit sound and video to create compelling visual stories.
  • Assemble and record raw material into a finished product (e.g., camera footage, film pieces, dialogue, sound effects, graphics).
  • Review shooting scripts, trim footage segments, and assemble logical sequencing of the film; input music, dialogue, graphics, and effects.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders through post-production process.
  • Works cross functionally across department to ensure video deadlines and specifications are met.
  • Maintains video equipment and video archives.
