Inviting applications for the role of Vice President, Manufacturing Advisory Partner. As the Advisory Leader for Manufacturing, you will be responsible for growing the Manufacturing industry advisory practice and enabling strategic growth across Genpact. This role reports into the Global Advisory Leader and is considered a part of the Manufacturing leadership team. This is a highly senior role requiring deep industry expertise, a forward-thinking mindset, experience in finance and supply chain sectors, and a deep understanding of advanced technology solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the global strategy for the advisory practice, ensuring alignment with the overall Genpact strategy.
  • Lead the development of industry relevant service offerings which can be scaled.
  • Shape long-term business strategies, focusing on market trends, emerging technologies, and client needs.
  • Develop end to end value chain view for the industry that communicates how Genpact can bring value to clients.
  • Drive business development initiatives by identifying new markets, services, and clients.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities, tracking leads, and ensuring successful engagement.
  • Deliver bookings and revenue growth to target via conversion of pipeline opportunities.
  • Collaborate with regional and global leadership to expand service offerings and enter new markets.
  • Identify opportunities for expanding Genpact services to drive business value.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies and execute plans to grow the firm's presence across diverse industries.
  • Build and nurture trusted advisory relationships with C-suite executives and senior leaders.
  • Establish strong relationships in key & prospective clients to understand their priorities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for high-value global clients, ensuring delivery excellence.
  • Provide strategic counsel on business transformation, leveraging domain and advanced technology expertise.
  • Serve as an industry thought leader, representing the organization at global forums and conferences.
  • Publish insights and lead discussions on cutting-edge topics such as AI and digital transformation.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging the development of forward-thinking solutions.
  • Operate with a practitioner mindset, overseeing the delivery of large-scale, complex advisory projects.
  • Ensure operational efficiency by driving common advisory methodologies and frameworks.
  • Drive resource efficiency and gross margin through the optimization of resource utilization.
  • Work closely with global teams across various business units to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Promote cross-border collaboration, leveraging global talent and capabilities.
  • Collaborate with senior executives and board members to influence global decision-making.
  • Responsible for the full end to end lifecycle of entire team including hiring and performance evaluation.
  • Provide leadership to the team through coaching, mentoring and development of staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree / MBA in business, finance, supply chain, accounting, analytics, engineering, technology, GenAI or data management.
  • Extensive track record in a leadership position within a consulting or advisory organization.
  • Demonstrable expertise in relevant industry and applicable domains - finance and supply chain.
  • Thorough understanding of advanced technology and analytical trends including AI and machine learning.
  • Strong leadership, vision-setting, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Creative and forward-thinking in delivering technology solutions to business problems.
  • Ability to work effectively across diverse teams and business units.
  • Proven experience managing global, cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated success in growing a business unit or service line.
  • Experience with effectively influencing C-level customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem solver, hyper logical and goal-oriented thinker.
  • Excellent presentation skills - in person & virtually.
  • Able to create & maintain relationships easily.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity.

Benefits

  • The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is [$200,000 to $250,000].
  • The actual offer will be determined by a number of factors including experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
