About The Position
The position involves supporting frontline operations and adhering to anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing requirements, as well as sanction risk controls in accordance with regulatory standards and CNCBI policies. The role includes supervising and reviewing accounting-related reports prepared by others to ensure accuracy and timely filing, maintaining the NY Branch Financial Management Manual with annual revisions, and completing ongoing accounts reconciliation reviews. Additionally, the position requires coordination with the parent company in Hong Kong and China, including preparing reports in Chinese, translating regulatory updates, and providing financial data. The candidate will also assist the FMD Head in coordinating with CITIC Group on FRY reporting and FHC applications, lead the Crystal automation reporting project, and ensure familiarity with China and HK accounting standards, USGAAP, and tax regulations.
