As a Vehicle Service Specialist at Valvoline, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of our guests on the road by providing exceptional customer service and performing essential preventative maintenance services on vehicles. Requirements

• Flexibility to work weekends.

• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Mobility to crouch, bend, twist, and work with hands above head.
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment.
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier customer service to guests.
• Perform preventative maintenance services including oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, battery testing and replacement, and light and wiper inspections.
• Conduct an 18-point safety check on vehicles.
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver quick and trusted services.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
