About The Position

As a Valuation Services Director at Colliers International, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality property valuations and advisory solutions to clients in the commercial real estate sector. Requirements

• 10+ years of related work experience in commercial real estate.
• Bachelor's degree plus completion of advanced appraisal class curriculum.
• Active Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license.
• Team player mentality with excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Nice To Haves

• MAI Designation preferred.
• Experience in financial reporting and tax valuation.
• Experience with Big Four and boutique real estate valuation firms.

Responsibilities

• Execute valuation and appraisal assignments for corporate clients, REITs, pension funds, and lenders.
• Manage daily activities of real estate staff, including training, mentoring, and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with team members across geographies to deliver exceptional client service.
• Communicate with clients to foster new and existing relationships.
• Originate new client relationships and maintain existing ones.
• Independently gather data pertinent to engagements through client interactions and industry research.
• Prepare and present analysis results clearly and concisely.
