About the position
Gro Intelligence is seeking a digital designer specializing in visual storytelling and presentation design to join their UX team. This role involves transforming complex messages into effective presentations, visualizations, and infographics to support the leadership team, sales, and marketing. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of experience in producing presentations and collaterals, a strong design portfolio, and proficiency in Figma, Google G-Suite, and Adobe Creative Suite. The role also offers opportunities to contribute to art direction, marketing, user experience, and product design.
Responsibilities
- Be the internal expert in presentation/marketing design.
- Take complex messages and transform them into simple, effective presentations, visualizations, infographics, or any artifact that will support the leadership team, sales, and marketing.
- Come up with creative ideas on how to tell Gro's story to specific audiences.
- Constantly seek design inspiration and stay updated with the latest design trends.
- Produce presentations and collaterals for sales and marketing teams.
- Have a strong design portfolio of branding, advertising, and creative marketing work.
- Have deep knowledge of Figma, Google G-Suite, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Work within brand guidelines and design systems.
- Be a self-starter who can work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Have excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Have video editing and motion graphic skills (nice to have).
- Have experience designing for B2B marketing (nice to have).
- Have examples of data visualization projects in the portfolio (nice to have).
- Have experience in user experience design (nice to have).
- Have experience in user interface design (nice to have).
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience producing presentations and collaterals for sales and marketing teams at a creative studio or agency plus a relevant Bachelor's degree OR Master's degree in graphic, communication or information design or equivalent fine arts education
- A strong design portfolio of branding, advertising and creative marketing work across both digital & print channels
- Deep knowledge of Figma and Google G-Suite (slides and sheets mainly), Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledgeable of design systems and working within Brand Guidelines
- Must be a self-starter who’s comfortable working independently and on numerous projects simultaneously, and prioritizing accordingly
- Ability to work flexible hours, work well under pressure, and have excellent time management
- Nice to have: Video editing and motion graphic skills
- Nice to have: Experience designing for B2B marketing
- Nice to have: Examples of data visualization projects in portfolio
- Nice to have: User Experience design

- Compensation range of $5,000 - $7,000 per month
- Hybrid work schedule (three days in-office, choose the days that work best)
