About The Position

The position involves assisting management with the supervision of associates in the assigned area of responsibility. This includes assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, training associates, providing direction on member service approaches, ensuring compliance with company policies, and participating in recruiting and evaluating associates. The role also requires supporting membership by providing information on membership types and benefits, processing memberships, and participating in sales and marketing events. Additionally, the position entails ensuring member service by assisting members with purchasing decisions and transactions, overseeing the assigned area by handling claims and returns, and completing accounting records and documentation. The candidate will develop and implement processes to meet business needs, promote compliance with company policies, and lead teams to achieve business priorities.

Requirements

  • 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment.
  • 6 months customer service experience.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities
