About The Position
The position involves extensive collaboration with a broad range of stakeholders across an assigned region to obtain comprehensive market research and data. The role includes reviewing and synthesizing key performance indicators across multiple regions and business units to build strategic action plans focused on improving performance. Responsibilities include conducting in-depth research, evaluation, and analysis of vast datasets, identifying and addressing operational and driver experience gaps, and developing robust fulfillment solutions to enhance program and process metrics. The position also requires leading complex, large-scale process improvement projects and leveraging advanced data analytics to provide actionable insights. The individual will set clear expectations and performance measures for the Market Fulfillment team, ensuring they have the necessary resources and information to accomplish business initiatives. Additionally, the role involves understanding all end-to-end aspects of store fulfillment and driving the execution of multiple business plans and projects.
