Requirements

• Four-year degree desired, preferably in economics, business, finance, or risk management.
• Highly proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Exemplary oral and written communication skills.
• Analytical skills with a solid understanding of financial statements.
• Proactive with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work as a team player.
• Exhibits leadership potential.

Responsibilities

• Market Arch products and services to wholesale and retail brokers.
• Underwrite and price products, including financial analysis and exposure analysis.
• Review policy contracts and ratings.
• Conduct claims reviews.
• Bind new and renewal accounts according to underwriting philosophy and strategy.
• Service brokers and customers.
