Requirements

• CA BSIS Guard Card
• First Aid / CPR / AED certification
• Strong writing and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in reading, speaking, and writing English
• Firm understanding of local and state 'Use of Force' laws
• Valid driver license with dependable transportation
• Minimum age of 21 years
• Pass background checks, drug testing, and behavioral selection surveys
• High School Diploma or equivalent; College Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and badge visitors.
• Receive and direct deliveries.
• Adhere to Eagle Eye and Client directed SOPs.
• Project a highly professional manner at all times.
• Answer the phone professionally and respond to inquiries.
• Administer visitor and employee parking processes and issuance of temporary card keys.
• Utilize technology for daily reporting and communication.
• Maintain a high level of physical fitness and personal appearance.
• Perform maintenance tasks as needed during shift hours.
