UI Product Designer - Web Portals

About the position

As a UI Product Designer at TransUnion, you will create visually compelling and intuitive web portals that serve business enterprise customers and carriers for the Trusted Call Solutions portfolio. Enterprise portals provide businesses with voice call analytics and management capabilities to optimize their calling strategies. Carrier portals help telecom service providers manage their products, oversee approvals and gain insights into their enterprise customer portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Design web portals that cater to two distinct user groups: Carriers and Enterprises.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for dashboards, approval workflows, and analytic tools.
• Transform complex data into clear, visually intuitive insights that help users make informed decisions.
• Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and usability testing to refine the experience.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to align design solutions with technical capabilities and business goals.

Requirements

• 6+ years' experience in UI/UX design, preferably for B2B, enterprise or telecom-related platforms.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD, experience with HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Ability to simplify complex data sets into actionable, easy to understand.
