About The Position

The U-Box Customer Care Representative (CCR) at U-Haul is responsible for providing friendly and courteous service while managing U-Box containers. This role involves operating delivery vehicles, loading and unloading storage containers, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Requirements

• Clean motor vehicle driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Department of Transportation certification
• Commercial driver's license (CDL)

Responsibilities

• Operate a flatbed truck (training provided).
• Operate an 8000-lb propane forklift or a truck-mounted forklift (training provided).
• Load and unload storage containers for delivery.
• Transport storage containers to and from specified destinations, e.g., customers' homes and businesses - local routes only.
• Participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
