About The Position

The Trailer Technician at CSTK Inc. is responsible for diagnosing and repairing duty trailers with minimal supervision. This role involves performing preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs on various trailer systems, including air and hydraulic brakes, suspension, and electrical systems. The technician will work in a fast-paced environment and must effectively communicate with customers and team members.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of 1-2 years' experience as a trailer technician.
• Technical knowledge of major trailer systems and related equipment.
• Proficiency in welding steel, stainless, aluminum, and other alloys.
• Must supply own tools.
• Ability to work overtime.
• Ability to work with diagnostic computers for troubleshooting and repairs.
• Attention to detail.
• Dependable and reliable.
• Ability to safely operate a forklift.
• Must possess a current and valid driver license with a driving record that meets the insurability guidelines.
