About The Position

KeHE, a natural, organic, specialty and fresh food distributor, is looking for an Administrative Processor to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining a professional office environment and handling various clerical tasks. The Administrative Processor will be responsible for processing paperwork, managing receivables and payables, and ensuring that all actions align with KeHE's Mission, Vision, and Values. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 2+ years of experience in office administration, processing freight bills, payment processing, or accounts payable required.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks accounting software.
  • Superior attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Familiarity with ACH payment systems and accounting software preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a professional office environment and manage supplies.
  • Process carrier paperwork including freight bills, bills of lading, and accessorial receipts.
  • Validate load and order information for accuracy.
  • Process vendor payments and employee expense reimbursements.
  • Handle incoming payments according to accounts receivable procedures.
  • Maintain records of carriers, vendors, and other payees in the transportation management system.
  • Process travel bookings according to policy and procedure.
  • Interact professionally with customers, carriers, and vendors to resolve administrative issues.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
