The Field Sales Representative is responsible for servicing and advising customers on vendor products, performing sales and support services in assigned stores. This role requires traveling to customer locations, maintaining product displays, and responding to customer inquiries. The representative will provide new product information, support customers with product knowledge, resolve complaints, facilitate sales and marketing campaigns, assist with special orders, and manage inventory levels. Compliance with all AMS and customer policies and procedures is essential, along with performing other related duties as assigned.
