About The Position

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• At least 3 years of bedside clinical experience.
• Excellent telephonic communication skills.
• Typing 35+ wpm with minimal mistakes.
• Computer savvy with tech skills tested during the interview.
• Ability to multitask while talking and typing.
• Dependability, accountability, and trustworthiness.
• Self-starter, comfortable with independent study and on-the-job training.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a call center environment.
• Interest in continuous learning and skill advancement.
