About The Position

The Telecommunication Solutions Architect and Engineer will support the development of architectural blueprints for new 5G and NextG networks and enhancements to production networks. This role requires applying advanced consulting and extensive technical expertise along with full industry knowledge to develop innovative solutions to complex problems. The individual will work without considerable direction and will also mentor and supervise team members.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with telecommunications as a solutions architect designing, implementing, or managing IP, Layer 2, or Layer 3 networking and LAN, WAN, and WiMAX network architecture.
• Experience with 2G, 3G, 4G core networks, and O-RAN.
• Knowledge of DoD network deployments.
• Knowledge of RF engineering and systems integration.
• Knowledge of 5G core network specifications, solutions, and operations.
• Knowledge of Multi-Access Edge Computing (MEC) implementation and usage.
• Knowledge of 3GPP standards, network protocols, procedures, implementation, and call flows.
• Ability to communicate, coordinate, and consult with internal and client teams.
• Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree.

• Knowledge of RF microelectronics.
• Ability to monitor telecommunications and 5G and 6G industry and vendor landscapes.
• Ability to troubleshoot wireless issues using RF scanning and packet captures.
• Ability to be a self-starter and work independently.

• Ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance.
