About The Position

The Technician Apprentice Program (TAP) Body Apprentice at Caliber Collision is designed for individuals looking to start a career in vehicle repair. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber's insurance policy.
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks.

Nice To Haves

• Previous collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification.

Responsibilities

• Repair damaged vehicles to pre-accident condition using industry-approved techniques.
• Learn and apply training material and hands-on skills under the mentor's direction.
• Read estimates and identify vehicle damage.
• Check work for quality and accuracy.
