Requirements

  • 5+ years in Product Management or a related role, with a proven track record in Agile environments.
  • Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, or other Agile frameworks. Bonus points for Agile certifications (CSPO, SAFe POPM, PSPO).
  • Ability to rally teams, drive initiatives, and inspire stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to align product development with business objectives, ensuring long-term success.
  • Understanding of the technical aspects of product development to collaborate effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills to track progress, measure success, and pivot when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Define & Drive Product Vision - You'll set the strategic direction for our technology services, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Own the Roadmap - Prioritize product backlog items, refining them based on stakeholder feedback and market shifts.
  • Champion the Customer - Translate customer needs into user stories and epics, clearly defining product features that deliver real value.
  • Measure & Communicate Success - Develop metrics-driven dashboards, roadmaps, and communications to keep customers informed and engaged.
  • Collaborate & Align - Work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth development cycles and realistic expectations.
  • Be Agile, Stay Agile - Engage with teams daily, providing clarity and direction to ensure efficient delivery of innovative solutions.
