Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a fully accredited college or university; Graphic Design degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years experience working with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro, etc.)
• Ability to get active clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical illustration and graphic design in collaboration with other engineering disciplines to support technical manual development.
• Utilize graphic design software to develop signs, posters and promotional materials.
• Provide creative design support to the contract proposal and business development team.
• Enhance graphic design quality to existing line-art, drawings and make technical illustration improvements to reflect best rendering for publication.
• Assist company photographer with photo shoots of equipment and inventory.
• Develop artwork and illustration of controlled documents, prints, tracings, drawings, manuals, handbooks.
• Generate infographics/illustrations and imported 3-D CAD illustrations and wiring diagrams to Adobe Illustrator for tracing/enhancement prior to use in manuals.
• Operate and clean, adjust and perform preventative maintenance on assigned equipment.
• Able to work independently with a service-minded work ethic.
• Hands-on design, development, and distribution of internal and external communication deliverables for corporate, division, and business units.
• Work overtime (nights, weekends) whenever required by manager to meet business critical graphics illustration needs, electronic CAD data and other related Engineering data.
• Maintain inventory of department supplies.
• Provide product photography and image manipulation support.
