About The Position

The Technical Analyst must demonstrate a high level of customer service and teamwork. Primary objectives include fielding phone calls and responding to end-user IT related requests within a timely manner. The role involves various responsibilities related to network administration and ensuring information security within the bank's infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to end-user, IT related requests within a timely manner.
  • Perform assigned levels of Network Administration, which includes: new user setup, Active Directory rights changes, Microsoft Exchange mailbox tasks, and troubleshooting general system and network performance metrics.
  • Perform Microsoft and 3rd party patch management scans and patch remediation.
  • Implement software installations and configurations which comply with bank strategies.
  • Ensure bank information security by working with antivirus solutions, antispam solutions, web access filters, and security monitoring tools.
  • Implement and troubleshoot network infrastructure with the assistance (as needed) of Landmark MSP's.
