Requirements

  • Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree
  • PL 300 Certification and/or prior experience in R coding language preferred
  • Proven academic achievement
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Intellectual curiosity and critical thinking skills
  • Familiarity with PowerBI, Power Apps, or other data visualization and automation tools is preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team
  • Ability to work effectively with a diverse range of people with different styles

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the PWM Data Analytics and Automation team to improve key areas where automation and data analytics can improve business processes and decision-making.
  • Learn how to create automations in updated databases.
  • Consolidate and create new Power BI dashboards for PWM recruit reporting.
  • Assist in the creation of databases and apps to streamline year-end processes for PWM.
  • Work closely with PWM Front Office to update awards data within applicable systems.
  • Use a basic level of understanding of Power BI to develop dashboards and visual reports that provide insights into business performance, trends, and KPIs.
  • Leverage a basic understanding of Power Apps to design and implement applications that automate workflows, reduce manual processes, and increase productivity.
  • Learn how to do data collection and data analysis to ensure data accuracy and integrity across various systems.
  • Support the integration of various data sources into Power BI and Power Apps to create cohesive reporting systems.
  • Work with team members to gather requirements, document processes, and test solutions to ensure they meet business needs.
  • Provide basic troubleshooting and support for the Power BI and Power Apps tools and applications, helping to address any issues that arise.
  • Present findings and project updates to stakeholders within PWM.
  • Additional responsibilities as requested.
