About The Position
The Teaching and Learning Specialist is responsible for ensuring the Center for Equity and Excellence in Teaching and Learning's (CEETL) faculty development curriculum is relevant, current, and effective in improving teaching and learning in support of student success. This position requires experience in qualitative and quantitative-based research to provide customer support to senior management, departments, and faculty, including generating reports, program development activities, routine data maintenance, data backups, troubleshooting, systems training, and statistical testing. The role involves assessing faculty development offerings, applying inclusive instructional design strategies, and implementing continuous improvement processes in response to curriculum assessments.
