About the position
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to support our company's growth across multiple teams. As a key member of our organization, you will collaborate with various departments and be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent. Your role will involve owning the entire recruiting cycle, from sourcing to hiring, and leveraging analytics to improve our hiring process. This is initially a part-time position with the potential to grow into a full-time role.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand the roles and how they fit within the organization
- Find, engage, and activate passive candidates through the use various search techniques, helping drive our candidate pipelines
- Own the development and execution of recruiting strategies for various positions; non-technical and technical
- Manage data in our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse), helping ensure accurate reporting
- Ensure an exceptional experience for every candidate we interact with
Requirements
- 4+ years of strong full cycle recruiting experience, preferably at a high-growth technology company or startup
- Expertise building and executing sourcing strategies for a range of positions, with deep internet recruiting experience
- Strong collaboration skills, with a track record of building strong relationships with hiring managers and other key stakeholders
- Clear communication, structured thinking, and strong organization and project management skills
