About The Position

As an Aquatics Swim Instructor at Life Time, you will play a crucial role in helping both adults and children improve their swimming skills. This position involves teaching essential life skills to young members, evaluating their swimming abilities, and maintaining a clean and organized pool area. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring safety and promoting Aquatics programs and services.

Requirements

• Working towards a High School Diploma or GED
• CPR, First Aid and Lifeguard Certifications (within 60 days of hire)
• Complete and pass all Life Time courses when hired
• Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to communicate and exchange information with guests who have inquiries about Life Time products and services
• Ability to swim 25 yards/meters without stopping
• Ability to routinely raise to lift more than 20 lbs

Nice To Haves

• Swim lesson instruction or coaching experience
