About the position
Prove is seeking a world-class Engineering lead to drive their ongoing digital transformation and develop the next generation of identity products and platform. This role will involve collaborating with key stakeholders to develop and execute a technology strategy, attracting and retaining a high-performing team, and establishing scalable technology development processes. The successful candidate will have a seat at the table and play a crucial role in Prove's growth, with the potential to progress to a CTO role.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Executive Team, Board Members, and other key stakeholders to develop and execute a Technology strategy
- Adopt a franchise first view and actively contribute towards strategy discussions
- Attract, hire, and retain a best-in-class team with a diverse background
- Build repeatable, scalable technology development processes with KPIs
- Work with the ET to understand technology integration challenges within customers and identify solutions
- Participate in industry events and trade shows to evangelize the company
- Establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with internal clients
- Develop and regularly report on applicable KPIs
- Lead the development of a robust data platform with machine learning tooling
- Balance quality, speed of delivery, and cost to drive return on capital
- Build, manage, and scale a high-performing technology organization
- Supercharge growth on top of a world-class product and organic growth foundation
- Hire, retain, and develop high-performing teams through periods of rapid growth
- Work with small, medium, and large enterprise accounts across different industries and geographies
- Scale, manage, and mentor high-performing development, security, and data science teams
- Create, build, and scale.
Requirements
- Accomplished leader with proven experience in building, managing, and scaling a high-performing technology organization, within a B2B Enterprise model - 10+ years of relevant leadership with emphasis on building out a global team
- A data-driven leader that can supercharge growth on top of a world-class product and organic growth foundation: 10 -15 years of relevant experience with SaaS or direct B2B high-tech solutions
- Significant experience in hiring, retaining, and developing high-performing teams through periods of rapid growth
- Proven excellence in leading an organization working with small, medium, and large enterprise accounts across different industries and geographies – specifically, experience in a high-growth tech startup growing from $50m to $200m + in ARR plus larger public sector experience is critical
- Experience scaling, managing and mentoring high-performing development, security and data science teams
- Experience creating, building and scaling
