About The Position

The Senior Vice President of Revenue Operations will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and operational excellence for iSpot. In this strategic leadership role, you will be responsible for aligning the go-to-market team, including sales, marketing, customer success and sales enablement, to optimize the entire revenue cycle, enhance operational efficiency, and foster a data-driven culture. You will leverage your expertise in data analytics to provide insights that inform strategic decision-making, ensuring we remain agile and responsive to market dynamics. As a forward-thinking leader, you will be instrumental in implementing innovative technologies and practices that drive efficiency and effectiveness across the go-to-market team. You will work closely with the executive leadership team to align revenue operations with iSpot's vision, ensuring that our growth initiatives are effectively supported and executed. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of SaaS metrics, and a passion for building high-performing teams.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or related roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, key metrics (ARR, GRR, churn, etc.), and revenue growth strategies.
  • Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and revenue growth in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a data-driven mindset; proficiency in analytics tools including Salesforce and Tableau.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on building and developing talent.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue operations strategy that aligns with company objectives and drives sustainable growth.
  • Foster collaboration between sales, marketing, customer success and sales enablement teams to streamline processes and improve the overall customer journey.
  • Assess performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to executive leadership. Drive a culture of data-driven decision-making.
  • Identify and implement best practices in forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM utilization.
  • Oversee revenue and territory planning, forecasting and budgeting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with corporate financial goals.
  • Evaluate, implement, and optimize revenue technology stack, ensuring all systems are integrated and aligned with business processes.
  • Establish KPIs and performance metrics for all revenue-related functions, regularly reporting on performance and areas for improvement.
  • Lead a high-performing revenue operations team that drives growth and operational excellence.
