About The Position

The SVP, HR Business Partnering at Experian is a strategic leadership role focused on enhancing organizational effectiveness and driving HR initiatives across the Technology, Software Solutions, and Innovation (TSSI) businesses. This position involves partnering with senior executives to develop and implement people strategies that align with business goals, ensuring a high-performance culture and effective change management in a global context.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in strategic HR leadership roles, including experience supporting Senior Executives at a technology organization.
  • Experience and success in driving teams and projects in a global organization.
  • Highly skilled in consulting, advising, and influencing C-suite executives and senior leaders on complex HR issues.
  • In-depth knowledge of all human resource disciplines, including strategic compensation practices, benefits administration, and performance management.
  • Clear communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate across cultures and various levels of leadership.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
  • Experience managing large-scale projects and guiding organizations through growth and transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic HR business partnership to TSSI Senior Executives and global Leadership teams.
  • Analyze current workforce capabilities and future needs to identify skill gaps and develop a strategic plan to address these gaps.
  • Coordinate efforts with the Global Talent Management COE to ensure seamless implementation of talent programs.
  • Lead all people-related change management activities, including organizational design and guiding the organization through periods of change.
  • Oversee TSSI communications to maximize impact and appropriately represent the organization.
  • Lead a team of HRBP Leaders, providing direction, coaching, and performance management.
