SVP, Controller

nbkc bank is currently looking for an SVP, Controller to join our Finance team. As the Controller, you'll lead the Finance Department, manage accounting functions, and develop financial reporting processes to support management. You'll ensure the accuracy of financial statements and reports, assist with financial analysis and budgeting, and engage with regulators. You'll also handle complex accounting situations, oversee tax filings, and contribute to the development of accounting policies and workflow processes. This position will work @Flex (a combination of both in the office and at home) based out of our Kansas City, MO office.
