About The Position

The Support Specialist position at Burke Porter, an Ascential Technologies Company, involves a variety of operational, customer engagement, and administrative tasks. The role is primarily focused on supporting the calibration process of customer vehicles, ensuring that all operations are conducted safely and efficiently. The position requires a hands-on approach to vehicle preparation and maintenance, as well as effective communication with customers to address their needs and concerns.

Responsibilities

  • Shuttle customer vehicles to and from calibration center in a safe manner.
  • Prepare vehicles, fueling, tires, etc., for calibrations by following established processes.
  • Support Technicians with any operational needs to expedite calibration process including but not limited to performing alignment pre-check and alignments.
  • Perform ADAS Verification tests.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs to equipment, tools, and machinery.
  • Professionally engage with customers.
  • Answer basic customer questions and direct them to correct sources for technical answers.
  • Provide vehicle status updates as required.
  • Help address customer, operational and performance concerns.
  • Manage and maintain supplies, office, and shop.
  • Help clean office and shop to maintain neat and orderly working environment.
  • Prepare and transmit calibration quotes as needed.
