About The Position

In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering the expected Quality support required to ensure SLAs and KPIs for all RFA facilities are achieved. As the Support Engineer, Quality, you will play a customer-facing role with a direct impact on quality and performance at Apkudo locations. This hands-on position requires close collaboration with onsite and remote support functions, as well as the customer’s quality teams. Your key objective will be to optimize quality across all RFA facilities through analysis, recommendations, and program management of discovered issues to closure. This role reports to the Head of Technical Delivery Management.
