The Pre-Sales Intern role is part sales, part solution expertise and 100% exciting! This internship provides you the opportunity to work side by side with Blue Yonder's Solution Advisors, learning about the solutions we offer and the process we use for selling them into the Manufacturing and supply chain market. As a Supply Chain Pre-Sales Intern with a focus on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AL/ML), you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of our innovative supply chain solutions. You'll touch our software, learn about our industry and experience real customer interactions, in a role where no two days are the same! We are looking for Juniors to join us for our Summer Sales Internship Program in 2025. This is a 12-week paid internship opportunity.

Requirements

• Currently a Junior pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Data Science or a related field
• Must have excellent interpersonal, communication, & presentation skills
• Knowledge and/or experience with core planning and execution processes for Manufacturing and Supply Chain a huge plus
• Strong understanding of AL/ML concepts, including machine learning algorithms, data preprocessing, and model evaluation
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL and/or data analysis tools and platforms (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Pandas, NumPy)
• Strong communications skills with the ability to guide an audience using clear, concise communication techniques
• Effectively takes direction to achieve results and seeks out constructive feedback to drive continuous professional growth
• Ability to collaboratively work with other team members to achieve desired goals and objectives both internal and external
• Flexible team player with the desire to pursue personal and team improvement
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment that fosters change, creativity, and flexibility

Responsibilities

• Explore different presentation techniques and apply them on projects throughout the internship
• Interview and network with key stakeholders within the Blue Yonder sales process
• Go through training on one or more Blue Yonder solutions
• Research and share insights on key industry trends impacting Blue Yonder's customers
• Create short solution demonstrations
• Provide an analysis of a Manufacturing sub-industry fueled by both online and field research
• Simulate a solution sales opportunity from discovery to demonstration
• Assist in the development of customized solution proposals that address client needs and leverage the power of AL/ML
• Collaborate with product teams to provide feedback on product enhancements and new feature ideas
• Utilize data analysis techniques to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize supply chain processes
• Develop data-driven insights to support sales efforts and client presentations
• Shadow Solution Advisors on various customer activities
• Perform customer background research for sales opportunities
