The main function of a Supply Chain & Service Ops Analyst is to define, build, manage, execute, measure, and report on global supply & inventory management activities. The Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for a variety of activities that may span across purchasing, planning, inventory reconciliation, cycle counting, reporting, analytics, process documentation and project management.

Requirements

  • 5-7 Years of Experience in Reverse Logistics / Service Operations / Inventory & Warehouse Management Required.
  • Bachelor's degree in business management, logistics, supply chain, economics, finance, accounting or relevant field required.
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, service operations, inventory and warehouse management.
  • Experience using software solutions for PO creation, inventory adjustments, inventory management (ERP/MRP/WMS).
  • Proficient in Excel and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

  • Drive and support inventory reconciliation activities.
  • Provide support to Production on issues impacting inventory accuracy/reconciliation.
  • Serve as first escalation point in Service Ops for issues related to inventory reconciliation.
  • Provide weekly and monthly updates on inventory reconciliation.
  • Provide monthly cycle count updates in weekly meetings.
  • Hold Production Support account to address open issues in a timely manner.
  • Act as SME from Service Ops to review inventory discrepancies and reconciliation issues.
  • Identify and recommend process and systematic improvement opportunities for inventory reconciliation.
  • Drive manual inventory adjustments.
  • Manage cycle count process activities globally across Service Centers.
  • Update and publish monthly forecasts.
  • Maintain and Drive Warehouse Capacity Forecasting.
  • Map and document process flows related to inventory reconciliation, warehouse management, cycle counting, inventory adjustments, systematic transactions, system integrations and inventory controls.
  • Manage subinventory transfer requests and work definition set ups in the system.
  • Review and potentially optimize end-to-end supply operations and processes.
  • Review, analyze and report metrics and operational KPIs.
  • Develop, manage and maintain a well-coordinated internal relationship with key decision makers.
