About the position
Orchard is seeking a customer and results-focused Inside Sales Associate to join their team. The role involves being the initial point of contact between homeowners and Orchard, pitching their various service offerings, and scheduling appointments with licensed real estate agents. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create an exceptional customer experience. This is a full-time, remote position reporting to the Inside Sales Manager, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to a venture-backed startup and make the home buying and selling process easier for customers.
Responsibilities
- Connect with potential customers via phone, email, and text
- Generate new business through inbound and outbound sales calls
- Maintain a personal database of leads to work and convert in the future
- Work with cross-functional teams to create a seamless customer experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong drive to deliver results and strong follow-up skills
- Excels at cross-functional teamwork and communication
- Hold an active real estate license (or an interest in getting licensed within your first three months which Orchard will pay for)
- Play a critical role in generating new business opportunities through inbound and outbound sales calls
- Be the first point of contact between homeowners and Orchard
- Pitch Orchard's various service offerings to potential customers
- Schedule time with potential customers and a licensed real estate agent
- Generate new business through inbound and outbound sales calls
- Maintain a personal database of leads
- Share customer learnings to improve customer service experience

- Work remotely as a full-time Inside Sales Associate
