At Dailey Precast, LLC, a subsidiary of Peckham Industries, Inc., we are looking for someone who is excited to learn about the Precast industry through training, feedback, and a hands-on experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or construction environment is preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Punctuality is essential; must arrive on time for scheduled shifts.
• Notify the Crew Leader in advance of any scheduled time off, appointments, or absences.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble and pull precast concrete pieces from casting forms each night.
• Remove tarps and curing blankets from precast concrete pieces.
• Disassemble wooden and steel formwork.
• Use overhead cranes, torches, demo saws, and other tools as part of the disassembly process.
• Complete basic finishing and detailing of precast concrete pieces.
• Clean up casting forms and work areas.
