About the position

The job overview for the position of Strategic Account Executive at Luma Health is to master the art of converting cold leads into happy customers. This involves daily outbound touches through email and rapid cold calling, sourcing and maintaining a pipeline of new opportunities, accurately forecasting quarterly revenue, closing deals, and meeting revenue goals. The ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of successful outbound Enterprise sales experience in a B2B/SAAS start-up environment, be proficient in cold calling and prospecting, possess excellent project and time management skills, and have a strong work ethic. The position is 100% remote with a preference towards candidates located in Texas or the South East.

Responsibilities

  • Master the art of converting a cold lead to a happy customer
  • Perform a high volume of daily outbound touches through email and rapid cold calling
  • Source and maintain a top-of-funnel pipeline to uncover new opportunities
  • Track and understand the opportunity pipeline to accurately forecast quarterly revenue
  • Close deals and meet quarterly revenue generating goals
  • Evolve beyond comfort zone to exceed expectations
  • Fearlessly cold call, prospect, and close deals
  • Possess well-written, well-spoken, high EQ, excellent project and time management skills
  • Demonstrate an unmatched work ethic and aggressively push oneself to learn and grow
  • Take ownership of performance outcomes at all times
  • Bonus points if experienced in selling to medical clinics or in the digital health space
  • Work remotely with preference towards Texas or the South East

Requirements
