About The Position

The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, ensuring that company standards and best practices are consistently met. This role involves leading the store team to achieve sales and profit results while maintaining a friendly shopping environment. The Store Manager recruits, trains, and develops staff, manages store operations, and ensures compliance with company policies and regulations.

Requirements

• Five or more years of store management experience in a retail environment.
• High level of customer service skills.
• Ability to lead, manage, motivate, and communicate positively with store associates.
• Experience in training, coaching, and developing associates.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in loss prevention programs.
• Knowledge of retail merchandising guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the entire operation of the store to meet company standards and best practices.
• Staff, train, and develop the leadership team to achieve sales and profit results.
• Manage the operations of the stockroom, front end, and sales floor to ensure timely merchandise processing.
• Analyze store reports to evaluate controllable expenses and overall performance.
• Ensure proper scheduling of associates to meet business objectives.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop assistant managers and associates.
• Address personnel and performance issues, including coaching and discipline.
• Control payroll hours and manage expenditures within budget.
• Maintain adherence to company safety policies and ensure a safe environment for associates and customers.
• Demonstrate courtesy, friendliness, and professionalism in customer service.
