Responsibilities

  • Facilitate consistent team and individual communication to ensure collective knowledge.

  • Create and execute store-level event strategies to drive sales.

  • Execute operational tasks with proficiency, including inventory control and cost minimization.
  • Build and maintain strong, personalized relationships with customers.
  • Provide extensive knowledge of beauty products and trends.
  • Offer tailored product recommendations based on client needs.
  • Drive sales through effective communication of product benefits and promotions.
  • Assist in stock management and maintain an organized store environment.
  • Participate in and occasionally lead in-store beauty workshops.
  • Collect customer feedback and provide insights for continuous improvement.
