Position Purpose: Create and implement the enterprise provider strategy. Oversee network management training, providing support to all network staff. Oversee provider relations and provider communication and collaborate on policy and procedure development. Create enterprise provider strategy development and implementation in support of contracting, network design, and provider experience. Oversee network management training in provider relations, contracting, provider engagement, and value-based contracting. Develop national provider relations policies and procedures and adapt for state specific requirements. Oversee provider communications and manuals based on regulations and policy changes. Provide new market support by liaising with business development and business integration to ensure the regulatory requirements regarding provider activities are complete. Support all provider-facing activities, engagement, relations, and manual creation. Coordinate best practice sharing, provider direct support, and new processes and policies that impact the field and the provider. Lead enterprise-wide Network quality and affordability initiative efforts. Ideate, evaluate, and execute on Network opportunities. Partner with Medical Economics to develop tools and analyses to identify and size potential value creation opportunities and measure their success once implemented. Present opportunities to corporate and market executive leadership teams to attain buy-in. Partner with market Network leads to determine scope and develop execution strategies. Engage cross-functionally with configuration partners to ensure forecasted opportunities are realized. Track actual initiative value, identify causes of variance from forecasted value and mitigate any un-favorability where possible. Empower team of people leaders and analysts building trust and engagement. Establish a vision consistent with company and team goals and inspire success. Develop culture of transparency, collaboration and innovation. Help the team continue to grow skills and attain professional development goals. Ensure accountability across team to meet deliverables, build trust and act with integrity. Develop creative recognition strategies to drive retention. Lead with empathy and compassion towards others.
