About The Position
The Houston Health Department is seeking a pharmacist who will operate as a backup alternate designated Pharmacist-in Charge (PIC) to oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring safe, efficient medication dispensing and patient care. This includes managing medication therapy, patient education, inventory, compliance, and budget, while driving quality, safety, and revenue growth.
